This is the contract that goes with every one of our babies, click on the image to read it more easily. We give a four year Genetic Guarantee, which, simply stated, guarantees that your new family member will be free of any genetic defect that will shorten his/her life, and if one is discovered within four years we will replace your puppy at the time of your choosing (immediately, or sometime in the future.) This DOES NOT mean that we will come and take your baby away from you, and thrust a new one into your hands, it just means that you are entitled to a replacement (so-to-speak) at the time of your choosing.
This blog chronicles the lives and goings-ons of our Shimapoos (Shih tzu/Maltese/Poodles) and thier puppies. It is a forum for past and future owners of our designer dogs to learn more about their pets and to converse with us and each other.

Required Reading for the Pet Lover
Teresa and I would like to devote this post to recommending (HIGHLY!) a book that we feel that every one of our extended family (i.e. anyone who has one of our babies) should read. It is "Food Pets Die For: The Shocking Truth About Pet Food" by Ann Martin. You can get it through the link in this post. This book will tell you, in detail, why you NEVER want to feed your pet anything made by Iams or Purina, OR that has Meat By-Product, Meat Meal, Bone Meal or Animal Fat listed in the ingredients. Do yourself, and your beloved family member a favor and get this book!
